Ammo Belt Set
110 rd WWII Belt

This 110 round .50 BMG ammo belt is in great shape. Over eight feet in length, the canvas is firm and crisp, has little if any wear and does not appear to have been used. As best as I can make out it is stamped with: "GEO. C. MOORE CO. 43 MAY" "A3 U.S. PAT. 2,081,072" and the numbers "1, 25, 50, 75, 100, 110" At some point in its history the buckle used to secure the belt when it is empty was riveted in place. If the buckle is removed the last 5 rounds can be inserted and if needed the belt could be easily attached to another belt.
The inert ammo is military surplus, brass case, "LC" headstamp, with copper FMJ 700 gr ball projectiles. All 110 rounds are included with this set. 105 in the belt, 5 loose. A great looking, authentic addition to any WWII collection.
