Pedestal, Travel Bar, Fork, Socket and Ammo Can Bracket are all steel construction, the Socket and Fork are Quality Reproductions.* The pedestal set is constructed using a 3" tube, wears a coat of Rust-oleum flat black rust protective enamel and five coats of Mil. Spec. Olive Drab #319 WWII flat vehicular enamel paint. The ammo can is military surplus and comes with the lid. The M1919a4-(GL1) replica features a steel base, steel front mount lugs and a steel top cover latch, and is made with pride in the USA from over thirty handmade parts.

The set stand stands approx. 51" high and weighs approx. 45 lbs. This set was designed for display only firing a functional gun from it is not recommended. To make this set with original G.I. items including a dummy gun, on a leading website for BMG parts, would cost $2200 to $2800 and that's not including the ammo can or the bullets.
